Dreamscapes: A Case Study in Grand Scale Human-AI Hybrid Art

AI art pioneer, Daniel Ambrosi, takes us on a fast-paced visual journey of his last 8 years creating a unique form of grand scale landscape painting. Ambrosi's work is deeply informed by the 400-year history of landscape painting in the Western world, but his paints and brushes happen to be cameras, computers, and artificial intelligence. Ambrosi claims that the motivation behind his work is to share with others as fully as he possibly can the experiences that he has amidst great landscapes; not just visually, but also viscerally and cognitively.
