Carolina de Bartolo is a creative director with decades of experience, currently exploring the intersection of art and artificial intelligence. As a long-time faculty member of Academy of Art University in San Francisco and a mentor at Designlab, she has recently turned her creative practice towards generating AI artwork. Self-taught in various AI tools, she now shares this valuable expertise with fellow creatives and students. Carolina is the author of the award-winning typography book, Explorations in Typography and holds a BFA from Carnegie Mellon's School of Design. Her unique background combines deep expertise in design systems and brand strategy with cutting-edge AI capabilities, positioning her at the forefront of design evolution.
