Leslie Forman

Leslie is a user experience researcher, facilitator, and educator with 20 years of experience. She designs experiences that bring clarity, connection, and momentum to teams and communities. At the California College of the Arts, she teaches the next generation of designers how to gather real-world data, craft insights, and build valuable products. Previously Leslie led user research at LinkedIn, Workday, and Cisco, where she was known for her creative and collaborative approach. A San Francisco native, Leslie graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and has lived in China and Chile.
