Spiros is the Founder & CEO of Resolve AI, developing an agentic AI SRE to automate incident resolution. He started two Observability companies that were acquired by VMware and Splunk and co-created OpenTelemetry, the open-source standard for cloud telemetry. Most recently, he was an SVP and the GM for the Observability business unit at Splunk.

We autonomously troubleshoot and resolve production issues and handle operational tasks, dramatically reducing MTTR and freeing up engineers to focus on building. By combining a deep understanding of production environments with state-of-the-art agentic AI, Resolve aims to accelerate how engineers build, deploy, and maintain real-world software systems.
