Carolina De Bartolo
Carolina is a seasoned creative director and design mentor with over a decade of experience in branding, UI/UX design, and visual storytelling. As the Founder and Creative Director of 101 Editions, LLC, she has led design projects for major clients including Disney, HBO, and Wired magazine. She also served as Director of Design at Art Blocks, where she spearheaded a strategic rebrand and developed visual systems across multiple platforms. Carolina has mentored aspiring designers at Designlab, guiding them through career transitions and advanced design practices. A Carnegie Mellon graduate with a BFA in Graphic Design, she combines deep expertise in design systems, brand strategy, and AI tools.
