Michael Lingelbach

Michael is the CEO of Hedra, leading foundational AI research to power immersive characters, worlds, and stories. Previously, he was a Regina Casper Graduate Research Fellow at Stanford University, where his research on reinforcement learning, robotics, and vision was published in top conferences such as CoRL, ICRA, and ICML. Michael has also contributed to benchmark platforms like iGibson and BEHAVIOR. He holds a Ph.D. in Computational Neuroscience from Stanford and a B.S. from the University of Virginia, where he graduated with honors. Michael’s work has earned him prestigious fellowships, including the Stanford Graduate Fellowship.
