Previously, he co-founded Totango, where he played a key role in shaping the enterprise customer success space as Chief Customer Officer and SVP of Business Development. With over two decades of experience in SaaS, AI, and business strategy, Omer has been a mentor and investor through Gotlieb Ventures, helping startups scale and innovate. He holds a BA in Computer Science and Management from Recanati Business School at Tel Aviv University.
