Ryan is the Head of Customer Success & Solutions at AssemblyAI, where he leads Success, Solutions, and Support teams to enhance the developer experience with Speech AI. Previously, he spent nearly a decade at Mixpanel, serving as Senior Director of Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services, overseeing global teams across NA, EMEA, and APAC. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte. Ryan holds a Master’s in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California.
