Before transitioning to tech entrepreneurship, he was an intellectual property attorney at Goodwin and Orrick, specializing in emerging technologies. Victor holds a J.D. from UC Hastings, with a focus on intellectual property and Chinese business law from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
