Bihan is the Product Lead at Decagon, where she is spearheading the development of a new generation of AI agents. Before joining Decagon, Bihan served as Senior Product Manager at Scale AI, where she founded the Associate Product Manager (APM) program and led growth initiatives for Scale’s GenAI Data Engine and GenAI Platform. With prior experience in software engineering at Facebook, contributing to both the Instagram Activation and Machine Learning Retrieval teams, and as a Business Analyst at Cisco, Bihan brings a wealth of expertise in AI-driven product development. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
