Claudia is the Co-Founder & CEO of Riley AI, a platform transforming customer data into actionable product insights. Previously, she was Head of Product at CloseFactor, where she led AI-driven automation strategies for GTM teams. She has also held leadership roles at Highspot and Fivestars, driving AI-powered product innovation and scaling research-driven decision-making. An experienced startup advisor and angel investor, Claudia has guided early-stage companies through fundraising, product strategy, and market expansion. She holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, with a focus on venture capital and finance.
