Stella Smartly is the Global Head of Marketing Science at Smartly, where she leads a team specializing in ad auction mechanisms, multi-touch attribution, and advanced optimization strategies. With expertise in multivariate testing and randomized controlled trials, she works closely with top advertisers to enhance campaign performance through data-driven insights. Previously, she held roles as a Customer Data Scientist and Team Lead at Smartly. Stella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Networks with a minor in Applied Mathematics from Aalto University.
